Delivery and order

 

When will I receive my order?
The processing of your orders, the manufacture and the delivery require our teams to take 10 to 17 working days (in Europe/North America) . We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

 

How can I track my package ?
A tracking number is automatically given when your package is dispatched. Go to our "Package Tracking" page with this number.

 

How much is shipping ?
We deliver our products in Europe, North America, North Africa and DOM-TOM. There is no minimum purchase quantity and there is a delivery method free (excluding North Africa and DOM-TOM). To satisfy all orders, we deliver from several warehouses in the whole world .

 

My order is not complete
If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. No worries, your package will arrive shortly.

 

I did not get my package
With our secure delivery , MangAzz takes care of the steps for you. We take full responsibility for a lost or broken package, resending a new order at our expense.

 

Cancellation and return

 

Can I modify my order?
It is possible to modify your order while it is being processed. Once you have received a tracking number and a shipping confirmation, the order is then handed over to our delivery service provider and we no longer have the power to modify it.

 

Can I cancel my order?
It is quite possible to cancel your order. If, on the other hand, the latter is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will amount to 30 % of the purchase price .

I want to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect. Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment.

However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@mangazz.net along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and only one discount code per order.

 

I received an import tax
MangAzz ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, we are not responsible.
